Executive Board

The Executive Board of NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG manages the company and determines the strategic orientation. Ralph Landwehr, Andreas Picolin, and Andreas Busacker form the Executive Board trio at NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG. Continued

Supervisory Board

In 1987, NORDENIA was converted into a stock corporation. Since then, the Executive Board has managed the company in accordance with German Stock Corporations Regulations. The Supervisory Board advises and monitors the Executive Board in its management of the company. The Executive Board coordinates the company's strategic orientation with the Supervisory Board and discusses the state of strategy realization with the Supervisory Board at regular intervals. Company Development

Peter Mager founded the company Nordenia Kunststoffe Peter Mager KG in 1966. He had the idea of producing plastic bags instead of wire and plastic packaging for the peat industry. The company, which started off with eight employees, has developed into one of the leading films companies in Europe, with about 3,000 employees today. Continued
