All products of NORDENIA SLAVNIKA are produced on first-rate equipment from the leading European manufacturers that ensures excellent quality of flexo printing and lamination.

The Manufacturing of flexible packaging materials consists of several technological processes.

Surface printing is fulfilled on flexographical printing equipment of planetary type, these are the machines Soloflex 8L, Bielloflex Gloria SM/120, Novoflex.

Our equipment allows us to achieve high-quality images up to 8 colors; besides there is our ink-mixing station, which can produce necessary shades in short terms directly in a workshop on the premises. In case of interlayer printing the film is printed inside and all inks are applied in the reverse order so that the ink layer is safe between 2 or more polymer films after the subsequent lamination.

NORDENIA SLAVNIKA uses solvent-free laminators Varicoater and Cleo. Further on, ready packaging materials are slitted into rolls of the necessary width for the customer for further use on automatic packaging machines of various types.
